We are working hard to ensure all orders are fufilled, However small delays may be possible due to the current situation regarding Covid-19, and the rapid adaptions we have had to do as a business. So far we are managing well
with this and everything is running ok.

We are taking extra measures to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers and would ask that if you have the means to pay by card that you select this option where possible, We appreciate this may not be an option for all and this is why we have left cash on delivery as an option but please use this as a last resort

Your delivery slot is an all day slot (10am-5pm) We will text you on the day of the delivery. and give you an estimate of time.

Once you have placed the order online you should recieve an automated emai to confirm, This will act as your reciept should you have any issues. you can also print this of on your members area should it be needed.

Should you wish to cancel your order, Please contact us via the Contact page by 1pm the working day before your order is due to be delivered.
Sadly Changes cannot be made at this time through the web shop, Please use the “Contact us page to inform us”

We off course like all business during the current covid 19 are limited in what we can do so unfortunately we cannot take telephone calls at present , However please feel free to contact us using our contact section on the webshop and we will respond within 1 working days (we always aim to be as fast as possible)
