Description
Blueberry ‘Bluecrop’ Upright, deciduous Blueberry with clusters of large deep blue berries from early July onwards. Extremely nutritious fruit with a high vitamin content. Delicate, white, bell shaped flowers in spring. In autumn, the leaves turn beautiful shades of orange and red.
Although self-fertile, cross-pollination does produce a greater amount of fruits. Prefers acidic, moist but well-drained soils. Prune as required in late winter. The berries are much loved by birds so may need to be netted to prevent them pilfering all the blueberries.
